Integrated with what you already use
Head Office works with the payment providers already on your forecourt, and integrates natively with our own POS and Outdoor Payment Terminal. Run a mix of vendors across your network and manage them all from the same screen. When you're ready, our own hardware slots in without an integration project. It also handles fuel cards and account cards, so your fleet and trade customers are managed alongside everything else.

Forecourt payment terminals we work with
Glassbox works with the payment terminals already on your forecourt, including Invenco and PAX, alongside the pump controllers and tank gauges from Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Franklin Fueling and POSTEC. For unmanned sites, our own outdoor payment terminal is in pilot across New Zealand. Change terminal vendors tomorrow and Glassbox keeps running. Retrofits are a strength: bringing our technology stack together with Invenco payment gives existing sites a simple, cost-effective replacement path instead of a full rip-and-replace.
In Sydney, we delivered a DOMS forecourt controller integration alongside our payment systems management for stations at Bonnyrigg and Canley Heights, working with Gilbarco Veeder-Root Australia and completed under demanding pre-Christmas timeframes.
FAQs
Will it work with the terminals we already have?
Yes. Glassbox integrates directly with Gilbarco, Invenco, Veeder-Root, Franklin Fueling, PAX, POSTEC and more, and keeps running if the hardware changes. Being hardware-agnostic is the point.
Do we need a VPN or an IT project to connect our sites?
No. The pre-configured Glassbox box connects over secure HTTPS straight out of the box, with no VPN and no network re-engineering, and setup is done remotely in a matter of days.
Can we restart a faulty terminal remotely?
Yes. Unmanned and multi-site operators get alerts that find them before the customer does, plus remote restart of terminals and pumps, so a fault does not always mean a truck roll.
